2. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the type of product:

🟠 Custom / Personalized Items
(e.g., name signs, Islamic calligraphy, laser-cut designs)

5 – 10 working days
(Custom production time is included)
We always try to deliver earlier whenever possible.
3. Shipping Charges
✔ FREE Delivery Nationwide
on all standard products.
✔ Custom Orders
Some customized items may have a small additional shipping fee (depending on size, weight, and fragility).
You will always see the charges clearly before order confirmation — no hidden fees.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on:

Most standard products
Custom Orders (Advance Payment Required)
Since custom items are made specifically for you, we require:

50% advance payment before starting work

Remaining 50% on delivery (COD or bank transfer)
This follows Islamic rules to protect both buyer & seller in custom production.
5. Order Confirmation
After you place an order:

You receive an SMS / WhatsApp confirmation

Your order goes into processing

You will be notified once shipped
Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled automatically.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

8. Delays
Delays may occur due to:

We always support the customer during delays and ensure the item reaches safely.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a package is lost, damaged, or broken during delivery:

following the Islamic rule of no harm and fair compensation.
