1. Products & Orders

• Darul Craft offers Islamic Calligraphy, 3D Décor, Wooden & Acrylic Products, Paintings, Wall Art, Home & Office Décor, and Custom Designs.
• Product images are provided for illustration. Slight variations in color, texture, or finishing may occur due to lighting, materials, and handmade craftsmanship.
• An order is considered confirmed once the required order details and payment requirements have been completed.

2. Customized Products

• Customized and personalized products are made according to the customer's requirements.
• Advance payment is required for customized products before production begins.
• Once production has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, text, measurements, designs, and other customization details.

3. Payment

• Payment methods and payment requirements will be communicated at the time of placing an order.
• For customized products, the required advance payment must be paid before production.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are generally processed and shipped within 4–5 working days.
• Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service.
• Darul Craft is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Eligible products may be returned within 30 days according to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Customized products are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the recommended care instructions for wooden, acrylic, painted, and decorative products to maintain their quality and appearance.

7. Changes to Orders

Any changes to an order should be requested before production or shipping. Once a customized product has entered production, changes may not be possible.

8. Pakistan Orders

Darul Craft operates in Pakistan, and our products and services are available according to our delivery coverage and applicable local requirements.
