Payment Policy — Darul Craft
At Darul Craft—Home of Craft, we offer both custom-made and ready-made products. Our payment terms are designed to keep the ordering process simple and secure for our customers.
1. Custom / Customized Orders

All customized and made-to-order products require advance payment before production begins.

A custom order will only be confirmed after the required payment has been received.

Once production has started, advance payment is non-refundable, as the product is created specifically according to the customer's requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details, including names, text, measurements, colors, designs, and other requested specifications.

Any changes requested after production has started may result in additional charges and/or additional production time.
2. Ready-Made Products

Products that are already made and available in stock can be ordered through Cash on Delivery (COD), where COD service is available.

Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
3. Order Cancellation

Ready-made orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to confirmation from Darul Craft.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If a custom order has already entered production, the advance payment will not be refunded.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and securely package our products before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, or another suitable solution.
